Any strategy — including Grid, Algorithmic Trading, Expert Advisors (EA), Manual Trading, Hedging, Martingale, Averaging, or any other methodology — may experience losses, prolonged drawdowns, margin calls, stop-outs, execution delays, slippage, spread widening, liquidity issues, technical failures, connectivity interruptions, or complete capital loss. Automated strategies can perform differently in live markets than in past or backtested periods and may experience consecutive losing trades.

A profit-share commission model means ISMTI's compensation depends on your account's net profit, which aligns incentives but does not remove or reduce your risk of loss.
